The skill and expertise of the employees are the most important matter for the Social Security Audit Directorate. Among the managerial employees, the directorate boosts a wide range of educational backgrounds. The directorate actually finds the variation in experiences very useful for carrying out its audit activities especially in Compliance Auditing, Financial Auditing, Performance Auditing and Issue-Based Auditing etc. However, the directorate is also aware that it needs to increase its focus on accounting and auditing related qualifications and training. Currently, the majority of the managerial employees have come from multi-disciplinary educational backgrounds. In this circumstance, the office has adopted policies and taken steps for continuous professional development for all the officials.
